For You who are a very busy person and can’t be waiting for a turn for health care, we have this service available by appointment, between 7:00 and 7:30 am, Monday through Friday, for the following services:

It is an exclusive service ONLY for that time in the morning (between 7:00 and 7:30 am), since it is the time when other patients are coming and we are organizing daily care. If you arrive late for this service, after 7:30 am, you must wait your RESPECTIVE TURN.

To give you an appointment for medical examination it is necessary to provide us with the following information: (Please complete all fields)
